Hanging on
Last Saturday was such a beautiful day. We had parked under this tree and I couldn't help but to capture the last of the leaves. I had this leaf perfectly in frame until a wind sweapt just as I took the photo.

Brunch
Clockwise from left: latte (v. creamy); baked ricotta cheesecake with raspberries (delicious); cherry strudel (not sure, haven't tried it); and roti pancakes with cinnamon and condensed milk (v. nice although i would have liked a bit more condensed milk on the bottom layers). All in all - a yummy brunch!

She is a 5-month old toy poodle and I've fallen in love with her.
I spotted her last weekend in Newtown - she was just taken out of a large carry bag after a ride on a scooter. Notice how her right ear is still flipped out.

Day 1: Two hot chocolates
Just got back from a "gastronomic" holiday in Melbourne (well, what would you call a holiday where you've done v. little apart from pigging out); three blissful days of overindulgence - and have without fail managed to find myself a spot at the ultimate chocaholics heaven called "Koko Black" on every single day.
What better way to escape from the notorious Melbourne chill than cooped up in a longe with a cup of oh-so-satisfying hot chocolate - ah, I want some now! But why stop there, I've also tried the deliciously creamy chocolate mousse and the best chocolate ice cream ever...
Highly recommended.
